Volley is an AI-assisted writing tool that helps you draft replies to dating conversations. It is a productivity aid — suggestions are generated by AI and may not always be appropriate. You are solely responsible for what you send to other people.

3. Acceptable use

• You must not use Volley to harass, deceive, or harm others.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
• You must not share your account with others.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Trial and billing

• New accounts receive a 3-day free trial.
• After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using AI features.
• Subscriptions are charged in USD via Razorpay. Current pricing: $6.99/week or $19.99/month.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. AI-generated content

Suggestions generated by Volley are produced by large language models and may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or not suitable for your situation. We make no guarantees about the quality or outcome of any suggestion. You review and send everything — we are a tool, not a participant in your conversations.

6. Service availability

Volley is provided as-is during beta. We do not guarantee uptime, continuity, or any specific feature. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mistriano is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Volley. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding any claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
